WATCH THIS:

2018 Winter Olympics (5 p.m. PT, NBC): The Games continue in PyeongChang, where tonight’s schedule features the gold-medal finals in pairs figure skating. Also: men’s alpine super G, women’s 1000m speedskating and men’s skeleton.

“The Amazing Race” (9 p.m., CBS): The global competition continues with a special two-hour episode that includes stops in Brahrain and Chiang Mai. At the latter, the contestants sample the Thai delicacy of scorpions and frog. Oh, boy.

“Nova: Great Escape at Dunkirk” (9 p.m., PBS): You saw the movie. Now, learn more about an important chapter of World War II. The science series joins archaeologists and divers recovering remains of ships and planes lost during the epic operation at Dunkirk.

“The Magicians” (9 p.m., Syfy): In “do You Like Teeth,” Quentin faces his most formidable foe yet; Also, Julia helps Alice with a dangerous endeavor.

“The Assassination of Gianni Versace: American Crime Story” (10 p.m., FX): In a flashback, Andrew Cunanan meets the first of his five victims — Gulf War vet and naval officer Jeffrey Trail (Finn Wittrock). Also, Gianni Versace reveals his sexuality to the world.

STREAM THIS:

“This Close” (Sundance Now): This new relationship dramedy, starring deaf actors Shoshannah Sternand Josh Feldman, explores the relationship between best friends Kate (Stern), who is newly engaged, and Michael (Feldman), who is attempting to move on from his ex-fiancé. The cast also includes Zach Gilford, Cheryl Hines and Marlee Matlin.
