Singer Alex Boyé reunited Tuesday with a recovering COVID-19 victim he sang to during a curbside concert last year while she was hospitalized with the disease.

Ana Lucio was discharged from Lakeview Hospital in Bountiful in May 2020 after spending over two months hospitalized with COVID-19. Boye’s personal performance last year was the first time she had been outside since being admitted to the hospital.

On Tuesday, Boye performed another curbside concert with Lucio, and other front-line workers in attendance.

Lucio is still recovering from the disease, but said she is at about 80% health now.
