Feb. 6

8:27 a.m. on the Los Gatos Creek Trail: Someone spray-painted profanity.

Overnight in the 1400 block of Maysun Court: The catalytic converter was stolen off of a 2015 Toyota.

9:20 a.m. in the 600 block of Maple Avenue: A 1995 Honda stolen out of San Jose was recovered.

11:27 a.m. in the 1600 block of Beck Drive: A man, 64, was contacted and found to have an outstanding warrant. He was in possession of a methamphetamine pipe.

1:39 p.m. at South Bascom and East Hamilton avenues: During an argument, the pushed the victim multiple times and physically restrained her so that she couldn’t leave the vehicle.

1:16 p.m.  600 block of Cypress Ln.: The suspect, 31, came within 2 yards of the victim in violation of a served restraining order.

3:52 p.m. at E. Hamilton Avenue and April Way: Both plates were stolen off of a 2018 Volkswagen.

4:07 p.m. in the 1800 block of South Bascom Avenue: A man, 60, was causing a disturbance and was found to be too intoxicated to care for himself.

700 block of North Central Avenue: The catalytic converter was stolen off of a 2009 Honda.

1:21 a.m. at Hamilton Avenue and Almarida Drive: A man, 35, was stopped for a traffic violation. He had an outstanding warrant and was also cited for possessing methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.

Feb. 7

6:48 a.m. in the 2000 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A man, 53, threatened to kill staff if they did not give him food. He destroyed property and physically resisted officers during his arrest. He threatened to kill an officer.

7:05 a.m. in the 1000 block of Longfellow Avenue: A man, 25, was contacted after he was reported passed out in his vehicle. HE was in possession of stolen mail, other people’s personal ID information, burglary tools, stolen property and a methamphetamine pipe.

Overnight in the 400 block of West Campbell Avenue: Someone damaged a sign that was on the door.

2300 block of South Winchester Boulevard: Two suspects stole items and fled the scene.

10:13 p.m. in the 100 block of Wilton Drive: The victim, 11, was reportedly walking around asking to use a phone. The victim was located and said the suspect struck them with a charging cable. The suspect said the victim threatened her with the cord and admitted to hitting the victim with it.
