SAN FRANCISCO — Attorneys say they’ve reached a plea agreement with six of the 10 men charged in a major racketeering case, ending years of litigation, court records show.

Jonathan “Trompo” Aguilar, 35, Juan “Huero” Gallardo, 33, Orlando “Chisto” Hernandez, 39, Mario “Shy Boy” Reyes, 42, Eddy “Rhino” Urbina, 33, and Weston “Cartoon” Venegas, 34, are all part of a “package deal” that will require them to plead guilty to a federal offense, according to court filings from Feb. 27.

Details of the plea deal haven’t been released. The 10 defendants were collectively charged in 2018 with involvement in seven homicides — six in San Francisco and one in Richmond. The charges allege the group is part of a San Francisco-based subset of the Sureños.

The six will appear before U.S. District Judge Richard Seeborg on April 3 to enter the guilty pleas, according to court records. Sentencing will occur at a later date.

The remaining defendants are Luis “Lonely Boy” Cid-Salinas, 37; ; Josue “Ghost” Gonzalez, 41;   Luis “Grizzly” Rojas, 35; Eddy “Rhino” Urbina, 33 and Weston “Cartoon” Venegas, 34, and Michael “Gallo” Rebolledo, 34.
